Safe Space,Inc. Safe Space, Inc. is a non-profit organization, first established in 1995 to assist domestic violence victims and their children. The mission of Safe Space is to reduce relationship violence in Franklin County and adjacent communities. Office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Hotline crisis phone operates 24 hours every day. All services are free of charge and confidential. Anonymous phone calls are accepted. Safe Space receives funding from the Franklin County, United Way Agency, DHHS-DSS ,Family Violence Prevention Program, The Governors Crime Commission, NC Council for Women, local organizations and individuals like you.
